Well it's was exactly a month that I visited the Decor + Design Show, Melbourne - Australia's premium interior design show that showcases new talent, new trades and on the trend designs in interiors! I must say it was an awesome experience for a rookie interior designer and blogger like me to get exclusive access to some of the most amazing products that will be in vogue in the coming months and even next year!
Even though this is a trade only event, I would love to share with you all the unique products that La Villa Blanche can access and bring to your homes!

The Decor + Design Show showcased over 300 exhibitors or more, that offered a range of interior design products from homewares to furniture, wallpapers to wall decor, fabrics to soft furnishings, lighting to accessories and so much more! The quality of products keeps increasing with each passing year and this year was no different! The exhibitors that caught my attention this year, were the ones that created or sourced handcrafted products that were sustainable and beautiful at the same time.

VIVID
VIVID stands for Vibrant Visions in Design and is the longest running competition in Australia, that encourages new talent and highlights their achievements. It is an amazing platform that promotes new designers with exceptional creative and design skills! This year's People's Choice Winner was Dylan Falecki, creator of the Hooga Chair. "Hooga" stands for the Danish term for comfort "hygge".

THE TREND HUB & TOUR
The Trend Hub is an awesome area within the show where materials, designs and trend information is displayed and everyone visiting the show can go through this section to seek information on the latest trends. It's an inspiring section that provides an insight into future materials and trends. The trend tour that I attended was hosted by Victoria Redshaw & Phil Pond where they provide an overview on current and future trends in the home decor area.
